H.O.N.E.S.T.y PROJECT
Helping Our Neighborhood, Especially Saving The Youth
OUR MISSION
Giving at-risk individuals the tools and
resources they need to succeed.
Our Vision
Honesty Project is committed to empowering youth and vulnerable individuals through practical skills training, mentorship, and community engagement. Our mission is to provide a new pathway for personal and professional development while promoting integrity, self reliance , and social responsibility.
Our vision is to equip at risk individuals with essential life skills, trade-based expertise, and mentorship opportunities. Our goal is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives and make positive contributions to their communities by cultivating a culture deeply rooted in positive attitude , self reliance and integrity.
It is our goal to intervene before it’s too late so individuals in our communities will be active members of society and have a positive influence on the generations to come.
Our biggest weakness has been not addressing these issues until it’s too late for at risk and underprivileged individuals.
It is time to change that!

WE’VE GOT
BIG
NEWS!!!
We are proud to be the recipients of a major donation from WERNER ENTERPRISES in Omaha Ne. Vice President/Chief legal officer NATHAN J. MEISGEIER
Special thanks to SEN. KATHLEEN KAUTH for connecting HO.N.E.S.T.y Project with Nathan and making this all possible!
Honesty project was donated a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia and 2009 Wabash trailer from Werner Enterprises!
Thanks to their donation Honesty Project will be able to not only show youth semi trucks and how to work on them, but also how to prepare to get their CDL Class A permit to drive with our “Driven By Honesty” program. This program allows at risk and underprivileged individuals to get a jumpstart on the trucking industry and gives them access to a real truck whenever they want!
Giant thanks to Ben Murphy and Justin Wagner at Werner in Omaha for getting the truck in tip top condition and treating Founder Clay Anders and Director Kaleo Alabanza like family! The support of community partners like Werner Enterprises is vital to achieving our mission of providing underserved individuals with vocational skills and opportunities
AND WE’RE PUTTING IT TO GOOD USE!!
Programs
Our Powered By Honesty Program is Doing Big Things!!
What is POWERED By Honesty?
In short, the program gives Lincoln’s at risk and underprivileged individuals the opportunity to learn valuable mechanical skills while also giving back to their community.
These individuals are lead by a team of certified mechanics, as they repair a non-working, donated vehicle.
The vehicle is then given to a family in need from the youth’s school district.
-
Fill out a short contact form identifying the area(s) of need. Our goal is to provide a large range of programs and assistance from basic toiletries, to career preparation for youth between the ages of 12-19.
-
After you’ve submitted the form, one of our intake coordinators will contact you through the avenue you specified (email, phone call or text) and schedule a time to meet in person to discuss your needs in greater detail.
-
Now that we’ve identified the ways that we can help, we begin the process of obtaining those resources and supplies. This may come directly from our organization or may involve matching you with one of our many partners in the community.
-
We’re a non-profit organization dependent on donations and volunteers, so those we help are strongly encouraged to ”pay it forward” and volunteer their time for the greater good.
